Terms & Conditions of Paragon Super Industry

Effective Date: October 2026  |  Governing Law: Pakistan & International Commercial Trade
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our digital platform, purchases of catalog goods, wholesale procurement, and bespoke OEM/ODM manufacturing contracts with Paragon Super Industry. By browsing, placing orders, or submitting production specifications, you agree to these terms.

1. General Agreement & Identity

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “Buyer”, “User”) and Paragon Super Industry (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a registered manufacturer and international exporter located at Nawan Pind Araian Chowk, Hundali Rd, Ibrahim Pura, Sialkot, Punjab 51310, Pakistan.

By accessing our website (paragonindustry.test), creating an account, or entering into a manufacturing agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these terms.

2. User Accounts & Conduct

When registering an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting unauthorized access to your device. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your business and identity. Paragon Super Industry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or engage in suspicious conduct.

3. Product Descriptions & Technical Tolerances

We manufacture high-performance sportswear, outerwear, thermal wear, workwear, bags, and gloves. While we make every effort to display product colors, fabrics, and dimensions with utmost precision:

  • Screen Representation: Physical fabric colors may vary slightly due to device monitor calibration and photography lighting.
  • Manufacturing Tolerances: In accordance with standard textile industry norms, a minor dimensional tolerance of ±2% to 3% is recognized on cut-and-sew garments, stitch counts, and fabric dye lots.
  • Size Charts: All customers are urged to consult our published sizing charts or request physical pre-production samples prior to confirming bulk orders.

4. Custom OEM & Wholesale Production Terms

For customized merchandise, private-label lines, and wholesale production contracts:

  • Mockups & Tech Packs: Production is initiated only after the client approves digital mockups, vector artwork proofs, sizing breakdowns, and technical specifications.
  • Pre-Production Samples: Physical production counter-samples are dispatched upon request to confirm fabric hand-feel, fit, and stitching before initiating mass production.
  • Client Approval: Client written sign-off (via email or messaging) on samples or digital proofs constitutes final authorization to cut and assemble fabric.

5. Pricing, Quotations & Payment

All prices on our platform are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless specified otherwise.

  • Catalog Purchases: Full payment is due at checkout via credit/debit card, digital gateway, or authorized electronic transfer.
  • Wholesale & Custom Orders: Pricing is provided via formal proforma quotation, valid for 30 calendar days. Standard payment structure entails a 50% advance production deposit upon sample approval, with the remaining 50% balance payable prior to shipping or upon issuance of Bill of Lading (B/L) / Airway Bill (AWB).
  • Accepted B2B Payment Methods: Bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for commercial containers, and secure corporate wire transfers.

6. Order Acceptance, Modifications & Cancellations

An order receipt email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final binding acceptance until production feasibility and stock availability are confirmed.

  • Catalog Orders: Can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided goods have not been packed or handed to the courier.
  • Custom & OEM Orders: Once pre-production samples are approved and raw fabric has been sourced or cut, orders cannot be cancelled, and initial deposits are non-refundable due to custom allocation of raw materials.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Commercial export shipments from our Sialkot facility are dispatched under recognized international trade Incoterms (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP) as designated on your invoice.

  • Estimated transit times are good-faith carrier estimates and are subject to courier handling, airline schedules, and customs border controls.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the consignment to the shipping carrier for standard shipments, or as designated under applicable Incoterms for ocean/air freight.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

The buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all import laws and regulations of the destination jurisdiction. Unless an order has been expressly quoted under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, any customs tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or import clearance handling charges levied by destination customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

9. Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection

Mutual Intellectual Property Protection:

All content, photography, graphics, brand trademarks, and source code on this website belong exclusively to Paragon Super Industry. Conversely, we strictly respect and safeguard our clients’ intellectual property. All client logos, private labels, custom design files, and trademarks submitted for OEM production remain the exclusive property of the respective client. We will never duplicate or market client-branded products to third parties.

10. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Paragon Super Industry warrants that all products supplied will conform in all material respects with agreed technical specifications and be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the sale or delivery of goods shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Paragon Super Industry be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, strikes, port shutdowns, epidemics, armed conflicts, or government trade embargoes.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to established international trade conventions. Any commercial controversy or dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through mutual negotiations shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, or internationally recognized commercial arbitration.
